CARILO casting globe valve body and bonnet design have been calculated strictly with good strength, stiffness and good flow capacity. The upper seal seat is designed on the valve cover, which makes the packing seal more reliable under the fully open state and facilitates the replacement of packing.
Seat and disc:
The valve seat and disc are sealed in the form of flat or conical surface. For different pressures or specifications, the valve seat has the following forms: 1. the valve seat ring is threaded or welded with the valve body, the threaded valve seat is easy to disassemble, maintain or replace,2. weld the sealing surface material on the valve body directly 3.For stainless steel valves, the sealing surface of the valve seat is directly machined on the valve body generally.
Stem and stem nut:
The thread transmission between the valvestemandvalve stem nut adopts appropriate fit clearance and unique tooth correction to ensure the flexibility of the valve drive and the self-locking of the valve closed state. A piece of hard stainless steel material is embedded at the contact between the valve disc and the valve stem head, so that it will not deform due to extrusion or affect the flexibility of the valve disc action due to rust corrosion.
Packing
The size and quantity of packing meet the standard requirements and ensure the reliability of sealing. Thepackingis made of graphite (withoutasbestos). Packing spacer rings are available upon request. (standard products do not provide packing spacer ring)
